Jennifer Miotke is truly passionate about bringing people together and has been a matchmaker for more than 15 years. What makes her unique as a matchmaker is that she used dating services, dated online, and ultimately met her husband through a matchmaker. She is heavily connected in the matchmaking industry and regularly attends conferences with matchmakers and date coaches all over the country.

Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Jennifer is a proud graduate of the College of Charleston. Jennifer enjoys regular fitness, especially running and yoga. She is an avid reader, typically reading four or five books at a time, and she is a member of Mount Bethel Church.

Jennifer feels that being a matchmaker is her dream job and knows it is her calling to get the right people connected. She is heavily connected in the matchmaking industry and regularly attends conferences with matchmakers and date coaches all over the country. Over the last 15 years, Anna has contributed to our overall success in various capacities and has been a driving force in our ability to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction. In addition to creating meaningful matches with One on One, Anna’s main role is coordinating delicious Eight at Eight Dinner Club events in Atlanta. While artfully choosing charming restaurants and even more charming singles, Anna keeps her clients and colleagues smiling by being both sassy and genuine.

Originally from Douglas, Georgia, Anna earned a BA in History from the University of Georgia and remains a huge supporter. She enjoys throwing terrific parties and exploring all Atlanta has to offer – including with her high school sweetheart husband and three growing children.

Emily Dodge

MATCHMAKER/RECRUITER

Emily is originally from the Midwest, but now considers Atlanta her home. She started at One on One in 2016 as an intern and has worked her way up to Matchmaker and Recruiter for VIP clients. She was even matchmade on a blind date by her co-worker, Anna, and married her perfect match in 2020. Her favorite part of working at One on One is helping clients with date coaching and teaching them the secret sauce of dating.

Emily is an important part of the office and is the matchmaker for 1on1 Matchmaking clients who are 35 years old and younger. She also helps recruit for VIP clients and helps in Eight at Eight Dinner Club enrollment, hostessing the dinner parties, and date coaching sessions.

Lauren Bell

DATE COORDINATOR

Lauren grew up in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, and she currently calls Duluth home. She is a proud alumna of Georgia Southwestern State University and Georgia Southern University, and she previously worked in university student engagement before joining the team at One on One and Eight at Eight. Whether setting up dates for clients or planning activities for family and friends, Lauren loves creating experiences that bring people together.

When she is not in the office, Lauren can be found getting overly invested in reality competition shows, cheering on the hometown football and baseball teams, trying the newest coffee shops and breweries around town, and spending time outdoors. Lauren used online dating sites to meet singles and eventually met her husband Tyler in 2015. They have been happily married since 2019, and they share their home with their three cats. Lauren is excited to get to know all of our clients better as she assists in coordinating dates, hosts Eight at Eight dinners, and manages the office.
